Designed for divers who already hold a certification but want to sharpen their foundation before advancing. Combines online adaptive learning with focused in-water instruction in balance, trim, buoyancy, and propulsion.

Prerequisites
- Minimum age 12
- Non-smoker
- Current entry-level scuba certification from a recognized agency
- Basic swimming ability and good physical health
- If using doubles: minimum 10 dives in doubles or GUE Doubles Primer
